Resonance Reiki
Resonance Reiki’s vision is to be a vital part of the wellness community in Vancouver Washington and Portland Oregon.
Our goal is to help people restore balance to their lives and to help heal the body, mind and spirit. You will feel better, be rejuvenated, relieve pain, get rid of negative energy, re-align your chakras, let go of trapped emotional energy and realign your spirit with God, the One source energy.
I am a Reiki Master teacher, and certified crystal healer currently practicing in historic downtown Vancouver, Washington.
I was inspired to use this gift of healing to help others after having a life changing spiritual experience. I found Reiki was the best way to use my gift.
I have helped many people find peace, stress reduction, pain relief and by using crystals, amplifying their healing experiences.
I have been a professional chef for the last 20 years, after graduating from Western Culinary Institute’s Le Cordon Bleu’s program in 2003. I wish to use my culinary experience and skills to help others by providing healthy recipes, cooking videos and a blog about healthy eating and nutrition. Along with these offerings, I am also able to bless food with Reiki that will help in the healing process, blending both gifts in one endeavor.
We believe we are meant to live our lives here in resonating vibrational harmony with each other, sharing in the Divine love offered to all of us, and building community.

How Reiki heals:
Reiki creates healing holistically. The word “holistic” means to make whole or complete. Reiki works holistically as this unique form of healing energy treats the entire person on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Healing that manifests can be emotional healing of the heart, mental healing is breaking unhealthy patterns of belief systems, physical healing of bones or organism or spiritual healing of the consciousness which provide the ability to embrace and embody the qualities of joy, love, compassion, forgiveness, and to be of service to others.
Reiki can remove blockages and imbalances in the energy lines called Chi meridians or Shiatsu meridians. These are lines of magnetic current or energy that run through the body and supply the various organs and system of the physical body with life force energy. Working with crystals can magnify this work.
The seven chakras are connected to these energy lines and when unblocked can help the person receiving reiki to feel better. We are all amazing and intricate vibrational beings of light! Lower chakras that are closer to the earth relate to the practical matters such as survival, movement and action. Upper chakras represent the mental realm and work with words, images and concepts.
