Part of my daily wellness routine includes many of these products and body apps. I take charge of my health through self-care, healthy eating, nutrition, exercise and using products that support my health and well being every day.

These body apps or trans dermal vitamin and nutrition patches are life changing. I cannot swallow pills very well, so when my friend Heidi Whitehair and her husband Ken founded this amazing company, I was so thrilled to be a part of it! I sell these fabulous products and use most of them without fail. They have helped me become the healthy woman that I am!

When I wake up, I put on my morning patches/body apps:

Complete multivitamin patch – includes vitamins, minerals and omega 3”s
Immune Patch – I hate catching viruses, and this helps me stay healthy! Formulated with a blend of botanicals, vitamins and minerals like licorice root, turmeric and zinc, it helps support my healthy immune system.
Energy – This gives me stable energy, no jitters! Vitamin B complex helps me get going and stay full of energy all day.
Energy Drink – this is a nice way to drink your way to healthy energy and it tastes great!
Infin8- this is my favorite! It is a two-patch system good for hairs, skin and nails. It has collagen for glowy skin and shiny hair.
At night, I always use a sleep patch. It has a proprietary formula for sleep without feeling groggy the next day. I love my sleep!

I see clients in Historic Vancouver two days a week but will be expanding to 5 days per week as of December 2023. Please try out Reiki!
